We have recently launched a separate website portal which is dedicated to the support of all things PK, as well as providing an active Knowledge Base(FAQ) / Discussion Forum for PK and support-related issues. The site can be found at the following link:
If you need assistance with your PK Account, you can submit a request directly to the support staff for help, and while you are submitting your request it will check to see if the Knowledge Base may be able to provide you with a quick answer to your issue. Alternatively, you can also just email email@example.com for assistance with your account, or firstname.lastname@example.org for billing related issues. You can also check on your existing requests for any updates, or review the history of your requests associated with your email address. This site will also be used to make announcements from PK's support staff to the community, as well as keeping the community informed about Current Known Issues and potential work-arounds, if available.
It is our hopes that this site will better organize and help our support staff keep the entire PK community as a whole better informed regarding issues we area aware of and working on, as well as provide quick answers to many common situations that players encounter.
