Hey , i liked pk in fb last week n now i still havent receive it.. n plus , when o troed tp do ot again in case the process didnt work well , it says n error has occured .

ok so i click the face book link and it shows a white screen that say its authenticated with facebook but i didnt getfood :[ help plz

As soon as I connect to facebook through the parallel kingdom website I see the collect food button for a split second then it disappears and i see the connect to facebook button again. it's like it reloads and automatically logs me out or something.

I never got my food and my Facebook shows that no data was pulled by PK yet. Is this because my e-mail had to be manually verified?

Make sure you're going to http://www.parallelkingdom.com/PKFan.aspx and following the steps to sync up your accounts. If after syncing the accounts you still don't get any food, contact tech-support@parallelkingdom.com.

It took several tries before it would let me "Like" PK on FB and after I got it to work, I didn't get my food. How long does it take for my food to be credited? It shouldn't be so difficult.

I used the link a couple of days ago and logged in with facebook and got the connected screen with the close button and is says to click close or use back button but those did not work I had to click home button to exit and reload and still have not received 100 food. I'm using samsung moment.

I just had the same problem. It said it was authenticated, but the "close window" and back buttons wouldn't bring me back. Can I get that applied to my account or should I do it again? Thanks!
