Okay, so I downloaded bluestacks and downloaded pk on to the bluestacks. When I try to log in, while its authenticating with server,
it just turns red and say "your device has been banned" and I really wanna try out horizons.. any help?

Re: Bluestacks:Your device has been bannedI'm not sure why it's telling you your device has been banned as I haven't encountered that error before. But could you possibly be trying to use your Legends/mobile account in the Horizons/web world? Unfortunately, you can't do that. You'll need to start over from scratch with a new character for the Horizons world. Use a new username and a different email address for this new Horizons character. If this isn't your problem, then I suggest contacting Customer Support at help@parallelkingdom.com.

But it says it cant find where Im at and I have my gps stuff on that it told me to check if I have it on Any suggestions on how to solve that? |
