Missing Trade Post Return to Horizons (Web)

Just finished creating a new city, but no Trade Post was created. Is that intentional or should I ask tech support about it?

That stuff isn't automatically created anymore. Now it's one of the buildings a Mayor has to build.

Unfortunately the Guide doesn't tell us what is required to build one....
