Kingdom Messages - thread length? Return to Horizons (Web)

In our kingdom's messages, there is a thread with over 40 messages in it. Trouble is, I cannot read more than the last 10 messages. Is there any way to read them?

I can read all the messages in a thread . . . you just need to keep scrolling up. I know when I scroll up it'll take awhile for the back messages to load but it'll happen. If it doesn't it's more a tech support issue because you should be able to.

I notice that you are from Legends. This is on Horizons.

Scrolling UP to read old messages is on Legends, on Horizons, you have to scroll DOWN.

I raised a ticket to the help desk on the 23rd of March, and the issue has been passed to the web team. No response from them has been received, but hopefully we'll get a bug fix soon.

This bug should be fixed as part of the update on Tuesday night.

Unfortunately not. Assuming the fix was applied, it still isn't working. I will re-raise this issue with Support.

Here is their response:

We appreciate your report of this issue and will perform an investigation, attempt to duplicate it, and file a necessary bug report to have it fixed for a future update. We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you and hope to find a solution quickly. This ticket will be set to solved since there is no immediate fix for this issue, but please be aware that the investigation into the issue is ongoing regardless.
