so I just changed specs last night and my friend knew because it was in his social feed. I don't care that he knows but I have both options for social feed turned off -- I thought this kept all my doings out of the social feed of others -- am I wrong or is there somewhere else I need to turn it off. I have it off in the preferences and the display & performance.

My social feed keeps turning off. I turn it on and save settings but it turns off after I jump or restart pk. What gives?

Did you just update the app and are you using an iPhone/itouch? Ever since I updated the app I have been having the same issues too as the second post.

Def, I think your actions go to social feed if you have it on or off. Doesn't seem to matter. I'd like to see privacy options as well.


Also, yeah, since last week's update every time I enter PK I have to turn on social feed because the one under settings always turns itself off (the one in preferences stays turned on). Please fix this asap, I'm missing burn notices & monster attacks (3Gs, with iOS5-most current).

Ok so it's not just my phone. I had the same problems, for days I would log on, turn social feed on then when I'd logoff and relog on and it would turn off automatically every time, now it's doing the opposite, it automatically gets turned on when u logoff, every time. So at this moment social feed is stuck on, I can turn it off but as soon as I log out and log in its back on again. While we're at it the updates section has bugs, messages go away fast and nothing is being displayed or saved in the old messages sections, so it's hard to keep track of what u sold. Don't know if it matters but I have an iPhone 4s.

Me too. I have email notifications turned on, so I still get notified and then go turn on the social feed to see them. The social feed, of course, turns back off after I log off.

At the moment I can't keep it turned off, because when I log in, social feed automatically turns on again, so every time I log in I have to go to options menu, if I want to turn off social feed.

The social feed works half the time for me. I don't have an issue with turning it on or off, but when I go to view a topic (such as flags attacked), I usually get a popup saying there's a temporary issue, try again someday....(paraphrasing)
