I am charged roc feathers each time I travel to my own city in parallel kingdom. Please change this to zero feathers. Whenever I go to the support forum, I am directed to PerBlue's new game Titans and not Parallel Kingdom. That's why I am asking for help here.

By "your" city are you referring to your pk estate, your city ticket estate or your real life city?

You have free travel to the city your city ticket goes to, the city you're a resident of IF you're the mayor, and any city you've built, unless you gave away the key. If you don't want to/can't be the mayor, don't want to build your own city, and don't want to join your ticket city, try building a city (or buying a key to one) nearby and use it as a jump point to save on feathers. Or, as you're likely to find out, just keep using feathers to jump there, they don't really cost that much

That is supposed to be 0 feathers. Open a tech support ticket for it.
