Summoned TrollIf you can speak their language, you can summon them to fight with you. They look just like regular Trolls but they give their allegiance to you and you only. To summon a Troll, unlock level 3 of Troll Lore Skill and use your Troll Horn to call them to your side.
The strength of summoned trolls correlates to the level of your weapons and armor. If you want more powerful trolls, upgrade your gear. Also, freshly summoned trolls will arrive without weapons or armor. If you want your trolls to be powerful fighters, drop some upgraded weapons and armor on the ground near them and they will pick them up and equip them. Just be careful - when trolls die, they will drop their gear on the ground, so it becomes fair game for anyone or anything to pick up.
Your Dog and Its Meaner SideWhile your Dog is best used for finding new territory, it can also fight alongside you if it is properly trained. When you first get your Dog, it is pretty weak. You can level up your Dog by training it with Food. Just tap your Dog and select "Train Dog." Each time it's trained, your Dog gains 1 level, improving both the attack and defense rating. The max level your Dog can be is correlated with the owner's highest level of weapons and armor.
Here's an example: Your highest level weapon is a +12 Axe and your highest armor is a +10 Shield. Take the sum and divide by 2. That is the highest level your Dog can be. In this case it is 11 (12+10)/2=11
As your Dog gets older, you'll probably notice that it needs longer and longer resting times before you can call it back. If you want to refresh your Dog, use your Dog Whistle to "Call Dog to Feed." By giving your Dog some Food, it will be completely refreshed and brand new again, needing much less time for resting.

Golems
Worker GolemsWithin the Great Library, ancient texts were found that taught us how to harness the essence of previously unknown resource, Oil. Using this knowledge, you can grow Golems at one of your Oil Wells. Then you decide what to do with them. Here, you have a couple options. You can put them to work harvesting resources for you at your Oil Well, Crystal Hut, or Research Lab. To do this, just tap the Golem and tell it what you want it to start harvesting.
The other thing Golems are useful for is WAR. If you have a Siege Factory or Armory, you can tell your Golems to go their and prepare themselves for battle. To do this, make sure you have at least one idle Golem standing around and then tap the building you want to send them to. Each building will give you two choices of what type of unit to turn the Golem into. Make your choice and your Golem will walk to the building and be transformed into a weapon of destruction.
Types of War Golems
Axeman GolemThese are melee units useful for close range combat. They are built at an Armory
Archer GolemThese are missile units useful for fighting from afar. They are built at an Armory
Siege GolemThese are powerful catapults that are nearly essential if you want to inflict massive damage on the buildings of your enemy. They are built at a Siege Factory
Fire Bomb GolemFire Bomb Golems throw flaming explosives at their enemies. Since Golems are the products of Oil, they can't carry the same size Fire Bombs that we can or they would burst into flames after one use. However, these guys are still very effective against buildings and other siege weapons. They are built at an Siege Factory
